A lot of fun when the association is registered. Some good lawyers will be needed to go after these guys both in Dubai but also for the ex-pats in charge, court cases could be launched in their home countries.

What is important is keep records of all these guys malpractices, threats to owners and all money misuse

In Fact Taziz is just another Salwan.Taziz is in permanent conflict of interest as many of the things they do for Dubai Properties are in contradiction with their job as Facility Managers (as it hurts owners interests)
The fact of advertising for a restaurant opening 24h on their website is the best proof of their inconsistency between what they say to owners and what they do to owners.The same about service charges, nothing was done so far to reduce energy cost. RERA should set a system to make sure the AGM is taking place on yearly basis for each project. otherwise these developer related facility managers do what they want. like in the jungle.

There is no alcohol to be sold on the walk because it is a family zone but there are restaurants open 24 hours, for me that doesn't fit together. We as residents don't want restaurants who are attracting big groups of bikers who drive at 4am through JBR and Dubai Marina and wake up 20'000 residents!! Where are the authorities who control this nonsense? Certainly Dubai Properties companies who run the Walk and JBR (Salwan and Taziz) are not protecting the residents. For them The Walk is a money machine and they don't care a bit about the residents - they care about how much rent they can generate from their restaurants and shops.
