Carpet/Blinds recommendations?

Hi All,

Moving into a new apartment in JBR soon, and would be keen to know if anyone has some good recommendations for carpet laying and blinds fitting. I have the name of the company I used for my current apartment, but they proved rather expensive and very unreliable.

Any suggestions or contacts would be greatly appreciated.
